We are now almost four decades in the Philippines, far shorter than 340+ years of history that started in Darmstadt, Germany, but continuing to establish our presence in these beautiful 7,107 islands!  Welcome to our website and it is a pleasure to have you visit us!

Our business in the country is in both pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals. We are among the leaders in the management of diabetes, neuritis, neuralgia, neuropathies, anemia, menopause, infertility, and more recently in oncology. We also have a portfolio of products in the cardiometabolic area, metabolic endocrinology, and even multiple sclerosis and psoriasis. Our offering in the pharmaceutical area is expanding and now includes more affordable medicines to cater to the ever-growing need for sustained treatment regimens, helping to alleviate the quality of life of the Filipino patients.

Over the years, not only is Merck part and parcel of the basket of medicines in the Filipino family, it is also present in the consumer and industrial products available in the country through our specialty chemicals. A number of well known food, beverages, personal care and cosmetic brands carry Merck ingredients.
